Job Opportunity: Salesforce CPQ Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions, ensuring best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements analysis, defining scope and identifying gaps.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with sales processes.
  • User Adoption: Support user adoption through training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Test Planning: Develop and execute test plans, including UAT, and manage epics, features, and stories in Jira.
  • Agile Backlog Management: Identify downstream impacts and maintain an agile backlog.
  • Release Management: Oversee releases and ensure compliance with SOX and SDLC principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–6 years' Salesforce implementation experience with strong CPQ and Billing expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Revenue processes, relational databases, CLM, ERP, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
