About This Role

Our team is dedicated to creating an environment where every member feels included and valued. As a Business Systems Specialist, you'll be part of our Sales Operations group, working in Bangalore, India. Your key responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools through timely support ticket resolution.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions tickets from sales users.
  • Manage a high-priority support queue, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  • Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with necessary information.
  • Assist with scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations.
  • Meet service level agreement targets.
  • Manage access and visibility-related issues.
  • Collaborate on documentation of best practices and usage.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers and vendors (some technical, some non-technical) in Sales Operations.

You'll work closely with a dynamic team focused on process improvement projects to deliver improved efficiency and scale through simplification, automation, and innovation across Sales Operations tools and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security and territory management.
  • Experience with sales processes and a sales environment is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aggressive problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
