As a seasoned IT professional, this role involves leading the deployment of product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. This position collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure seamless configuration and troubleshooting of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customers
  • Provide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teams
  • Design tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, Deploy updates and fixes
  • Create scripts to automate visualization
  • Establish procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

To excel in this role, you should have strong hands-on Linux Administration & troubleshooting skills, as well as experience with scripting, VMware, Cron scheduling for backups, LVM. Familiarity with Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat is also required. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge on ITIL and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing).

Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with UAT-DC-DR environment, VAPT, SCD, SCR, SAN Storage
  • Broad knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Backup & restore, Commvault
  • Technical exposure to different technologies will be an advantage
  • Installation of packages, patch management and upgrades
  • Understanding of programming languages (Shell scripting, Python, Perl)
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
