Change Management Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support communication efforts, including the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
  • Assess the change impact and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • 5-14 plus years of relevant experience in change management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Prosci certification is a plus.
