Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a market-driven strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Nurture and engage prospects, identifying and converting them into qualified opportunities.
- Manage the pipeline of potential sales, tracking and analyzing all stages of opportunity development.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Presales teams to generate and qualify new leads.
- Design and continuously improve the lead management process.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in direct selling and sales management roles, with a strong background in the relevant geography.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets year-on-year, with a desire to grow business across multiple verticals.
- Hold an MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, preferably in a field related to marketing, sales, or international business.
