
Senior Regional Business Growth Strategist

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic plans for SME businesses in their region, aligning with divisional objectives. This role involves driving strategy and ensuring its implementation to achieve high performance standards.
- Develops and implements business strategies for regional growth and targets achievement.
- Supports workforce planning by providing input on department forecasts.
- Manages and controls operating frameworks, ensures review of work processes, and promotes continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and execution of SME businesses in the region according to targets.
- Prepare yearly business development plans for SME clients aligned with bank strategy.
- Achieve target sets for new and existing clients, manage budgets, and financials.
- Articulate region-specific strategies for product growth, liaise with Product Development Teams, and ensure stringent fraud control policies.
- Lead team management, career management, coaching, and mentoring critical talent.
- Formulate recruitment strategies, ensure quality standards, and monitor minimal NPAs.
- Develop a continuous talent pipeline for key roles, provide mentoring for high potential talent, and ensure effective implementation of performance management.
