Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee and manage full accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and be proactive in handling multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end accounting operations in Zoho Books, handling multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation, preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets and forecasts, managing cash flows and working capital effectively, performing accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.

This role requires a detail-oriented finance professional with expertise in Excel for reporting and analysis, strong experience in handling banking operations, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
