ServiceNow Developer Module Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer Module Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, developer guides, and API documentation.
  • Identify and prioritize improvements to existing processes and workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on module development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript and client-side scripting.
  • Knowledge of database technologies, including MySQL, Oracle, and SQL.
