Expert ServiceNow Developer Wanted

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM). A strong background in the CSM and EA modules is required, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
  • Develop and customize complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Configure and maintain robust forms, fields, views, and roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements through effective communication.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and MID Servers for seamless data exchange.
  • Perform thorough unit testing, debugging, and documentation of changes to ensure high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in JavaScript development, Service Portal & Widget configuration/development, and integration with third-party tools. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential for success.

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow core functionality and development best practices.
  • Experience in multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, Performance Analytics Dashboards, and reports.
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript development and programming languages.
  • Service Portal & Widget configuration/development expertise.
  • Experience in Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, and Scripted Web Services).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management principles.
