ServiceNow Solutions Architect

As a seasoned ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of strategic solutions within our organization. We are seeking an expert with in-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, particularly in Application Portfolio Management (APM) or Enterprise Architecture (EA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions for APM or EA modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT portfolios with business strategies
  • Define solution architecture, integration design, and data models within the ServiceNow platform
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide architectural oversight and ensure adherence to industry best practices
  • Support development teams and guide implementation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture roles
  • Proven hands-on experience in the SPM suite, particularly in APM or EA modules
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and IT portfolio management
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, data modeling, workflows, and integrations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS APM, SPM, or Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable
