Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop and design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and follow best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and implementation guides.
  • Integration: Propose and implement integrations with other systems and tools as needed.
  • Governance: Participate in and establish technical governance processes to ensure the quality and consistency of ServiceNow implementations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances, proposing improvements to enhance the end-user experience.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITIL Foundation
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional) Required Skills and Experience:
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend effective solutions.
