Job Title: ServiceNow Expert Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow expert to lead our team in delivering exceptional projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain and upgrade multiple ServiceNow instances for various customers, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project outcomes and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow integrations utilizing REST/SOAP and Integration Hub, driving business value through efficient process automation.
  • Oversee the development of new features and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform, aligning them with client requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, features, and functionalities, with a strong understanding of its applications in real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and convey technical information effectively.
