We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Management professional with extensive expertise in ServiceNow to join our team.

About the Role

This position involves implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification is a must.
  • The selected candidate should possess a strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
  • A minimum of 3–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation/configuration experience is required.
  • Familiarity with Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and Integrations is essential.
  • Candidates should have good communication and client-facing skills for requirement gathering and solution workshops.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CMDB design & discovery, automation, or ITOM modules is desirable.
  • Candidates with exposure to Agile/DevOps environments will be considered an asset.
