We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining custom ServiceNow applications and modules.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
    • Knowledge of development using templates and Generative/Agentic AI.
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and development of flow for App Engine is mandatory.
    • Platform Configuration: Configure and manage ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, App Engine etc.), workflows, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions.
    • Scripting: Write and modify scripts in JavaScript (both client and server-side), ServiceNow scripting languages (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Scripts, etc.), Open AI Integrations to automate processes.
    • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, third-party applications) using SOAP, REST, and other web services APIs, other ITSM data and Open AI integrations.
    • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring continuous service availability.
    • Security and Performance: Implement best practices to optimize the performance and security of ServiceNow environments. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
    • Upgrades & Patches: Assist with ServiceNow version upgrades and patching, ensuring smooth deployment with minimal downtime.
    • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Provide knowledge transfer to other team members as needed.
