Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery projects including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and operational support.

Handle ITSM functional consulting assignments and ensure process–tool alignment.

Work on integrated tool setups involving monitoring, service management, and dashboarding.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules – CSM (preferred), ITSM (preferred), ITOM and CMDB.

Develop scripts to automate workflows and optimize platform performance.

Perform platform administration – user account governance, lifecycle management, and discovery monitoring.

Provide technical solutions, project management, and customer engagement support.

Mentor and manage team members for successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience (hands-on with CSM, ITSM, ITOM).

Strong knowledge of ITIL/ISO20K processes and best practices.

Proven team handling and project management skills.

Expertise in JavaScript, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST integrations within ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) and ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Familiarity with tools like Okta, Active Directory for user administration.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
