Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims. You will also review and analyze claims for accuracy and timely resolution, addressing and resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of all call activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims
  • Reviewing and analyzing claims for accuracy and timely resolution
  • Addressing and resolving billing issues, ensuring payment of outstanding claims
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all call activities as per company protocols
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and collections

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in AR calling within the US healthcare sector
  • Experience in physician billing and end-to-end RCM processes
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and claims processing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Ability to work in a night shift environment and meet deadlines
