Main Responsibilities- ER Strategy Development: Develop and implement an employee relations strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Grievance Management: Handle employee grievances with professionalism, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- POSH Compliance: Ensure full compliance with regulations and handle complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
