The Tech Lead Manager - AI Agents will lead our efforts in developing and deploying AI agents, ensuring their quality, scalability, and maintainability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing AI agent strategies and roadmaps
  • Leveraging expertise from top AI labs to advance AI agent capabilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into real-world applications
  • Evaluating and improving AI agent performance using metrics such as accuracy, speed, and efficiency

This role requires a strong technical background in AI, software engineering, and data science, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading AI-related projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and driving innovation in AI technologies.
