Job Title: Lease Management Team Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of a lease abstraction team, reporting directly to a senior director. The team lead will be accountable for managing local services, leading people management, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Local Managed Services oversight and leadership of managed services employees.
  • Engaging with business leaders to build and support the managed services team.
  • Driving global integration and standardisation in India.
  • Working with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach.
  • Contribute vision and leadership to deliver technology initiatives in support of organisational growth.
  • Optimising solutions to improve performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in lease abstraction or related field, with experience managing a global team.
  • Proven ability to inspire a team to achieve great things.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Polished skills in planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Collaborator with a client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers is a plus.
