Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven marketing professional to promote and increase occupancy of our godown/warehouse rental spaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both online and offline marketing, with the ability to connect with clients across logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, and other relevant industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting godown/warehouse rental services through integrated online and offline marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners, coordinating site visits and client presentations, creating and managing listings on property portals, running digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and reach, attending trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups, maintaining a database of prospects, updating CRM tools regularly, monitoring competitor activities, and sharing market intelligence reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
