Job Summary:

This role is designed for professionals seeking a challenging opportunity to manage and update portfolio details of private equity funds. The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree or professional certifications like CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, or CAIA, with 1-10 years of experience in finance, preferably with research experience. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and front-end tools is also required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update portfolio details of private equity funds
  • Prepare customized investor reports using pre-defined templates
  • Analyze fund performance by reviewing cash flows and financial reports
  • Calculate key metrics such as investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and IRRs
  • Track operational KPIs and provide regular updates
  • Develop and maintain fund track records and reconcile data with cash flow notices
  • Perform advanced analytics, including attribution and value creation analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy across the portfolio and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree or professional certifications like CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, or CAIA
  • 1-10 years of experience in finance, preferably with research experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and front-end tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
