Job Title: Senior Leasing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leasing professional to spearhead our team's efforts in negotiating, organizing, and supporting leasing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with tenants, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities.
  • Manage the daily activities of the leasing operations department, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • PgDM / MBA degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leasing operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Certification in retail leasing is an added advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
