Assistant Manager to General Manager


About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth, developing marketing and sales strategies, and overseeing the implementation of tactics. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Budget achievement through effective P&L management.
  • Primary sales and demand generation for B2B markets in CIS countries.
  • Explore and build new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Growth of business through strategic alliances, partnerships, acquisitions, and product development.
  • Develop strategy for effective market penetration through various channels.
  • Lead, develop, and implement strategies for sub-functions in line with regional vision, targets, and growth imperatives.
  • Business planning and review, including market assessment, projection, competitor analysis, and budgeting.
  • Ensure implementation of systems, processes, and policies that drive a high-performance culture.
  • Manage teams to ensure each member achieves their Key Result Areas (KRAs).

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales.
  • Proven track record of success in business growth and leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and developments.
