About this Job
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing performance, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Store Operations and Performance Management tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate reports to track progress levels.
- E nsure proper Planning & Availability of Stocks.
- A dhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- D eliver the right mix of products and services.
- Visual Merchandising and Display.
- C ollect market intelligence and trends to enhance business.
- H andle team reviews and briefings.
- E nsure timely deliveries and store audits via the team.
- P rioritize escalations and resolve them promptly.
- C reate a healthy work environment.
- L ead by example with an eye for detail.
- P ossess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- R equire at least 4+ years of experience in Premium Brands or High-End Retail.
- P ossess good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
