The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring that sales goals are consistently met. This includes managing inventory levels, tracking marketing initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations to maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Direct employees in serving customers, taking inventory, reconciling cash, and managing in-store marketing campaigns.
  • Assign duties to relevant team members to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Conduct recruitment and onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the store.
  • Monitor and manage store inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor employees effectively.
  • Strong customer service, management, and communication skills.
