Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Jaipur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, maintaining inventory, and preventing retail loss. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the overall appearance and functionality of the store.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Store Management experience
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Previous experience in the retail fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field is preferred
