The company is led by a father-son duo, with Mr. Avant Kumar Jain bringing years of expertise and Mr. Yash Jain adding modern flair and dedication to the designs. We offer a wide range of products including Gold, Silver, and Gem Stone jewelry, both in-store and online.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Jaipur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including customer service, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance. The role requires effective communication with customers and team members, handling inventory, and ensuring the prevention of retail loss. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing store policies and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is beneficial
