Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Executive / Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and team coordination to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain store hygiene, safety, and security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in retail management.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of retail management systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
