
Senior Retail Business Growth Manager

Overview:
The Senior Retail Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. The role involves managing the sales and operations of retail outlets, expanding the business, and improving organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales & Operations of Retail Outlets in Bengaluru.
- Expand business by increasing Revenue.
- Coordinate with Support functions for consistent improvements.
- Plan and lead a team to grow commercial business.
- Implement sales promotion plan & new store concepts to generate sales for target achievement.
- Coordinate In-Store promotional activities for new releases and special products.
- Plan product launches, sales promotion campaigns, and support business development efforts to enhance revenue by identifying new market opportunities.
- Drive large-scale revenue & profit gains as well as improve organizational productivity and performance.
- Initiate processes to create an effective sales organization; proactively identify changes in market demand and modify strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of revenue targets.
- Set up budget & manage overall sales targets for individual Retail Outlets.
- Monitor sales projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns, quality compliance, and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Track performance data and customer satisfaction survey.
- Motivate staff by recognizing their services duly through monetary and non-monetary rewards based on impartial appraisals of their performance done periodically.

- 12 to 20 Years of experience.
