Role Overview

As a faculty member, you will train and mentor working professionals in Project Management, ensuring they gain practical insights to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging online lectures on core and advanced aspects of Project Management using real-world case studies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Train professionals on project planning, execution, monitoring, and control techniques.

Student Engagement & Support

  • Foster a dynamic learning environment that encourages active participation.
  • Address student queries with clarity and provide timely feedback to aid their academic and professional growth.

Continuous Improvement

  • Regularly enhance course delivery to ensure a world-class student experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Project Management to integrate into the curriculum.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in training, teaching, or education.
  • Strong background in Project Management with roles such as Project Manager or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of overall professional experience with the ability to engage diverse learners.

Skills & Competencies

  • Passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver interactive sessions.
  • Capacity to build rapport with learners from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recognized certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
