We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead comprehensive training initiatives focused on cloud and AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project coordination or program management, with expertise in cloud and AI training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute cutting-edge training programs centered around Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies.
  • Leverage innovative approaches to develop scalable training initiatives, emphasizing Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of training logistics from inception to completion, including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough technical evaluations for prospective trainers, focusing on assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Nurture a trusted network of external trainers specialized in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Evaluate the quality of all training programs, aligning with industry benchmarks, and ensure high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, with a focus on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, leveraging tools like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and working knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services) and OpenAI's integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, juggling multiple complex training projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, articulating cloud and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a global environment, adapting to time zones and needs of international clients and partners.
  • Prior experience working with a technology training company or educational organization is highly desirable.
  • Aptitude for learning emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.
