Job Title: Regional Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Execution: Oversee the delivery of high-quality training programs to employees across various locations. Create training schedules and ensure that all necessary resources, including subject matter experts and logistics, are in place.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and drive trainer performance to achieve activation targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Trainer Capability Building: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build expertise and maintain delivery excellence among trainers.
  • Compliance and Feedback Mechanisms: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, capturing and sharing data, insights, and feedback with leadership to inform business strategy and decision-making.

The Regional Training Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs that meet employee needs and drive business results. This position requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
