
Training and Operations Development Manager

We are currently looking for a skilled Training and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring new staff members are thoroughly prepared and confident before starting their work in the field.
This role involves conducting initial interviews with prospective candidates to assess their suitability, assigning selected individuals to trainers for skill development, guiding new hires through the onboarding process, and providing them with the necessary resources and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough interviews with potential recruits to determine their fitness for the position.
- Assign selected candidates to experienced trainers for training and development.
- Guide new employees through the onboarding process, ensuring they have access to all necessary tools and support.
- Maintain close communication with trainers, management, and other teams to guarantee seamless transitions for new hires.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a related field such as coordination, training, HR, or operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is a plus.
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
