Job Overview

The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a training facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Ensure programs meet established standards and goals.
  • Mobilization Strategy: Foster partnerships with institutions and government agencies to drive mobilization efforts.
  • Enrolment Process: Supervise enrolment processes to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Training Delivery: Lead the training process to achieve measurable outcomes and adhere to best practices.
  • Placement Support: Provide assistance to students during placement activities.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track batch progress and outcomes.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive work environment within the center.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to promote center initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage staff at the center.
  • Financial Management: Manage center finances effectively.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations and submit reports as required.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Post-graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, with 3 years in team management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in donor-funded skilling operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance.
  • Able to counsel students.
  • Inclined towards societal welfare and working with marginalized communities.
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage.
