Lead Solar Operations and Maintenance

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of distributed solar projects up to 100 MW capacity.

The purpose of this role is to ensure high uptime, safety, and performance of all solar assets, supporting our mission to deliver reliable and efficient clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of multiple ground-mounted and distributed solar power plants up to 100MW.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve systems and processes to optimize plant performance and energy generation.
  • Take full ownership of distributed solar projects and ensure operational excellence across locations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for uninterrupted plant operation.
  • Analyze plant performance data, identify efficiency losses, and implement data-driven corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards across all O&M sites.
  • Supervise, train, and manage on-ground O&M teams and ensure effective manpower deployment.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors to resolve operational and technical issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Solar O&M with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of O&M best practices for solar power plants, both ground-mounted and distributed.

Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Effective communication and collaboration skills, Decision-making with ownership mindset, Resource and vendor management, Advanced technical troubleshooting.
