Renewable Energy Project Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the coordination and maintenance of our rooftop solar systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or renewable energy, with experience managing distributed renewable projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and uptime across all project sites, while also adhering to regulatory compliance and safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of inverters, monitoring platforms, wiring, and metering.

Beyond technical expertise, this position demands exceptional coordination skills, enabling seamless communication and cooperation among internal teams, OEMs, and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor and escalate ticket resolution delays, maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting support and collaborate with engineering teams for escalated technical interventions.
  • Maintain accurate logs and consolidate site-level reports, tracking warranties, spares, insurance claims, and asset inventory.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in solar O&M or distributed renewable project management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-location projects remotely with operational rigor.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret monitoring data and drive informed decision-making.
