Senior Solar Operations and Maintenance Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Senior Solar Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Leader. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of our solar assets. About the Role:- As a Senior O&M Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple solar plants, identifying operational gaps, and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis
- Track the performance of multiple solar plants and identify operational gaps.
- Implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices.
- Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams.
- Maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
- Ensure smooth transitions following defined scopes and protocols.
- Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
- Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.
