Web Operations Assistant Manager

About Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing/ Web Operations to own our online assets enhancing online marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather specifications and requirements from cross-functional teams,
Work with the marketing team to maintain website, micro-sites, and landing pages,
Share inputs to optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability and validate user inputs,
Maintain change logs and documentations,
Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks offering strategic solutions,
Work closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure proper execution of functions,
Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends applying them into operations and activities,
Co-ordinate, setup and maintain marketing webinars;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or relevant experience,
4+ years of front-end development experience,
Good programming-skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, APIs; knowledge of PHP is a plus,
Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, standards,
Basic knowledge of SEO requirements is a plus,
Exceptional project management skills handling multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously,
Able to develop ideas focusing on details and big picture,
Flexibility working across multiple time zones,
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have an understanding of marketing funnel,
An energetic spirit able to work well with teammates of diverse backgrounds highly motivated to bring your A-Game to high-growth mission-driven company
