Account Delivery Leadership Opportunity

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in Digital Ad Sales seeking a challenging leadership role? We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our team as an Account Delivery Head.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to manage the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) with our vendors. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, identifying and resolving service delivery issues, and establishing the necessary infrastructure to perform services.

The successful candidate will have strong people and process management skills, with experience in leading large and diverse teams across multiple sites. They will also possess strategic thinking skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Critical Skills and Qualifications
  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience
  • Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • University Graduate or above
  • 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders
