Digital Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Media Campaign Execution
    • Craft and execute digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360, Ad Form, Flashtalking etc.
  • Quality Framework
    • Maintain the quality of work rendered by the team by applying a quality framework.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Closely monitor day-to-day operations and identify potential gaps in processes, working with immediate supervisors to resolve them.
  • Troubleshooting
    • Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues across platforms/ad-tech and proactively come up with solutions.
  • Training and Development
    • Assess training requirements for the team to ensure smooth account/project transitions.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Assess issues and concerns faced by the team during day-to-day operations and provide insights to immediate supervisors to minimize risks.
  • Communication
    • Effectively communicate technical information to both internal and onshore partners.

  • A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns across various channels
  • Extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows, with a minimum of 1 year of experience using the CM 360 ad server
  • Solid understanding of various third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools such as IAS and DoubleVerify
  • Strong individual contributor who is also a collaborative team player
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and translate analysis and insights into actionable business strategies
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and recognized as a subject matter expert
