Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of paid social channel strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing campaign performance, driving App acquisition campaign improvement, and identifying new marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution and support building the strategy for all paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
  • Perform in-depth analysis and make recommendations on how to allocate budget across channels, devices, and campaigns
  • Drive App acquisition campaign improvement and be accountable for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test and learning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
  • Managed campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Strong App acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience
  • Lead projects, instruct teams, and manage various stakeholders
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
