We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing Professional to bridge the gap between our clients and creative teams. This role demands strong relationship management, a deep understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs
  • Brief internal teams (creative, design, digital) clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies, with strong communication and presentation skills. Social media handling is a preferred additional qualification. The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, have a problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail. Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling is essential.
