Job Overview

As a seasoned Regulatory Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's adherence to regulatory standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of banking regulations and experience in managing control tasks such as Name Screening, Risk profile-based Customer CDD/EDD, and Consequence Management actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive product audits and compliance checks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks for banking products.
  • Implement and track regulatory circulars, with a focus on KYC-related guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate regulatory reports as per jurisdictional guidelines.
  • Review, validate, and reconcile data sources used for regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Finance, Risk, and Compliance, to gather data and ensure the accuracy of reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong documentation and audit trails for all submissions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in banking and regulatory knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of RBI guidelines and regulatory reporting.

Decision Level:

Primary: Must have working experience in Banks for KYC / AML Onboarding and Management of Control tasks such Name Screening, Risk profile based Customer CDD / EDD, Consequence Management action and process enhancement.

Educational Requirements:
