Compliance Specialist

The role of Compliance Specialist is a vital part of ensuring our organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements.

This position requires a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience in accounting, finance, or a related field and possess strong knowledge of company secretarial compliances and statutory filing portals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day compliance activities, including preparation and filing of statutory forms.
  • Supporting in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Coordinating with clients for information collection and updates.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Compliance Specialist will be required to maintain accurate records, ensure timely compliance deadlines are met, and provide support in drafting compliance documentation.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
