Job Title: Leadership Role in GST Compliance

The role of a Team Leader in our organization is to oversee and manage end-to-end GST compliance processes for multiple companies with 75 GST registrations. This involves leading a team of four members, allocating tasks, prioritizing deliverables within timelines, and providing technical guidance on GST law and compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 7 years of experience in GST compliance, preferably with prior team management experience. A Graduate or Post Graduate degree with Semi Qualified (CA Inter/ ICWA Inter) qualification is also required.

In addition to your qualifications, you will need to possess comprehensive understanding of GST law, rules, and regulations, as well as proficiency in GST compliance software and ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, or Oracle.

We are looking for individuals with analytical skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage end-to-end GST compliance processes for multiple companies with 75 GST registrations.
