About This Role

This is a full-time on-site position that focuses on ensuring seamless GST compliance and export operations. The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for:

  • Managing GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Handling GST audits and staying updated with changes in GST laws.
  • Preparing and maintaining export documentation such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and ensuring smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Managing foreign inward remittances by clearing Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and ensuring compliance with FOREX regulations.
  • Reconciling accounts related to export sales and providing accurate reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, along with minimum 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation. They must have strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software.
