Business Operations Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Consultant to lead our consulting practice. As the ideal candidate, you will bring industry experience in Exports, GST, MCA, Subsidy Consulting, or CA firm background, with a proven track record of delivering client needs and driving business growth.

The successful consultant will oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality. They will also collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the lead consultant across service lines: GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting.
  • Providing expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Designing and implementing efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Mentoring team members, setting performance standards, and ensuring operational discipline and professionalism.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
