Job Title: Regional Compliance Lead

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional compliance team in ensuring the security and integrity of our data centers. As a Regional Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for managing a geographically distributed team of compliance specialists who support physical security compliance across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field and 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both, as well as 3+ years of experience managing people.

You will work closely with data center operations to identify potential compliance risks and implement solutions for improvement. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, supervising, and mentoring a team of compliance specialists, conducting and supporting audits and evaluations, and developing compliance frameworks.

This role is both strategic and operational, requiring a deep understanding of compliance regulations, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for reporting on compliance findings, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating across teams to improve policies, training, and overall security posture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field

  • ISO9001 or ISO 27001 certification
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly with sound judgement
