Job Title: Compliance Officer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Compliance Officer. This position is responsible for ensuring that all regulatory submissions are made in a timely manner and that accurate records are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the timely submission of regulatory documents, including new business submissions, schedules submissions, complaints submissions, and financial statements submissions.
  2. Maintain accurate registers and track progress with respective business units and teams.
  3. Communicate with regulators on various matters, including branch openings, directorship changes, and regulatory charges.
  4. Update salesperson and SP details in the IIB Envoy Portal and review periodically.
  5. Obtain, renew, and coordinate applicable licenses with stakeholders.
  6. Issue NOC for exited SPs and detag PAN from IRDA and Envoy portals.
  7. Apply for telemarketing licenses and submit regulatory data to IRDAI.
  8. Track and renew various licenses, including IRDAI CA license, PO, ISNP, Envoy, and others.
  9. Maintain a regulatory checklist, tracking IRDAI data maintenance, registers, timely submissions, grievances, and reconciliations.
  10. Coordinate with finance, product teams, and insurers for reconciliation sign-off and follow up on gaps identified.
  11. Maintain agreements, SLAs, and commission structures with insurers.
  12. Track grievances from the grievance team, insurers, and coordinate resolution with business, product, and branch teams.
  13. Provide audit checklists and track audit resolutions for branches.
  14. Perform compliance checks on AML cases and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Bookkeep litigation of insurance cases, update regulators as needed, and perform other delegated activities.
