HR Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our comprehensive HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

  • This individual will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and process optimization within a fast-paced setup.
  • They will direct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, delivering timely talent acquisition in a high-volume environment.
  • The ideal candidate will champion HR initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitoring labor law updates, and maintaining accurate statutory records.
  • They will also resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 10 years' experience in managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  3. Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.
  4. Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.
  5. Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive transformational changes.
